As a customer service agent you are the first point of contact for customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The customer experience is largely in your own hands. Thanks to your professionalism, you ensure that the customer experience invites, arouses curiosity and positively contributes to the service provision of the organization as a whole. The goal is to let the customers be ambassadors for the brand and the organisation. Your other activities consist of: 1st line answering questions about the service; You provide support to the customers; You do both cross and upselling; You are responsible for the correct handling of complaints.
